Nurseries near you: find the closest one on the map

Choosing a nursery often comes down to proximity: the one on the way to work, the one you can walk to, the one in the grandparents' neighbourhood. So we put every nursery in Portugal on an interactive map that shows the distance from wherever you are.

Tap "Use my location" to sort nurseries from nearest to farthest, or filter by district and type (public, private or non-profit/IPSS). Each nursery links straight to directions and to its full listing in the official directory, where you'll find contacts, hours and availability.

The map covers the whole country. The complete directory, with contacts for every nursery, is also available at creches.app — use the district link on each card to open it.

Once you've shortlisted two or three nurseries, confirm the place, the co-payment bracket and the paperwork — and log everything in the back-to-school planner so you don't miss a deadline.
